Arbor Green Nursery believes in educating children outdoors, learning in nature not just about nature thus allowing opportunities for open-ended exploration, problem-solving and making connections. As children learn from each other we do not segregate children by age with children from all ages intermixed.

Children have multiple areas to learn within a large garden with our educators adapting the curriculum to suit areas of the garden. Each garden area is flexible allowing the children to not only follow their interests but let our staff create learning opportunities as soon as they are presented.

Our outdoor education learning areas include a mud kitchen, construction, expressive arts like drama, music and art, physical play, literacy and numeracy, a home corner and a small world.
