Today we had a visit from one of our lovely Parents who came to help the children make Chinese vegetable dumplings to celebrate Chinese New Year. In the lead up to this day we had been sharing with the children all we knew about Chinese New Year and the year of the rabbit. Sue very kindly showed us how to wrap the pastry around our vegetable filling and we enjoyed this tasty treat for snack in the afternoon!
