Some of the older children from the Bunny Room went on a little walk just up to the top of the road and have a little run through the wooded pathway. The children seemed to really enjoy stretching their legs and have a little run when
we arrived at the wooded pathway chasing Sammy. On the way to the wooded pathway we were very good at holding a teacher’s hand all the way and we practiced using our listening ears, stopping and running when the teachers shouted “stop” and “go”
What did we learn?
Learning to walk independently during our short toddle walk
That we need to hold a teacher’s hand whilst we walk along the path
Learning to listen to instructions when hearing “stop” and “go”
